Ageing and Adult Safeguarding Act review determinations

Under the Ageing and Adult Safeguarding Act 1995, the Ombudsman may review decisions made by the Adult Safeguarding Unit in relation to a vulnerable adult, and may make recommendations as to the Unit’s practices.

Return to Work Act review determinations
