The Ombudsman has published a Summary Statement relating to an investigation concerning the District Council of Loxton Waikerie elected member and employee conduct relating to the Loxton Library, Visitor Centre, Cultural Centre and Public Amenities project.

The Ombudsman concluded that the conduct of the relevant individuals did not amount to a breach of the integrity provisions of the Local Government Act 1999 or misconduct under the Ombudsman Act 1972.
