Ombudsman SA is seeking feedback from agencies and organisations within its jurisdiction about their experiences interacting and engaging with us. The findings will assist us in continuing to improve the way we work.

We welcome your feedback on your organisation’s interaction and engagement with Ombudsman SA over the last year. This includes how well you consider we engage with your organisation to handle complaints, keep stakeholders informed, administer our functions, and deliver guidance and information. We want to hear about your experience in working with us, so we can continue to improve our services and deliver on our mandate now and into the future.

The survey will take around five minutes to complete. You will be asked a range of questions about your perceptions of Ombudsman SA. Please be assured that your responses to the survey will be kept confidential and will not be shared outside of Ombudsman SA. We may publish aggregated survey results that will not allow the identification of individuals, or individual organisations.

The survey will close on 24 July 2026.
