Complaints about Return to Work Corporation of South Australia and self-insured Government Agencies

The Ombudsman has general jurisdiction to review the administrative acts of Return to Work SA and self-insured employers that are crown agencies under the Ombudsman Act.

Before you lodge a complaint we suggest you read our complaints section.
